Nicaragua all over again?

While analogizing the Bush administration's foreign policy toward the Aristide regime in Haiti to that of Reagan's toward Ortega in Nicaragua is a bit of a stretch, this wonderfully rich article in today's NYTs mentions a lot of familiar characters and strategies from that nasty chapter of American foreign policy.
